De Rode NTG3B Moisture-Resistant Shotgun Microphone incl Blimp is een condensator richtmicrofoon. Het brede frequentiebereik van 40 Hz tot 20.9 kHz, en de vlakke curve zorgen voor een natuurlijke, volle klank. De microfoon is aan te sluiten via een XLR kabel en werkt op fantoomvoeding (phantom power). De microfoon wordt geleverd in combinatie met de Rode blimp. Door het ingebouwde de ingebouwde shockmount worden bewegings- en vastpak geluiden geminimaliseerd. De NTG3B is een Super Cardioid microfoon. Het dynamisch bereik is 17 dB. Het gewicht is 163 g.
