De Canon EOS R5 body is een hoogwaardige systeemcamera zonder spiegel, ontworpen voor professionele fotografen en videografen. Hij beschikt over een 45 MP full-frame sensor met interne beeldstabilisatie en Canon’s geavanceerde Dual Pixel CMOS AF II voor snelle en nauwkeurige autofocus.
De camera levert een maximale resolutie van 8192 x 5464 met een 36 x 24 mm sensor. Hij heeft 1.053 AF-punten en maakt gebruik van Deep Learning-technologie voor verbeterde eye-, face- en head-detectie bij mensen en dieren.
De R5 ondersteunt interne 8K RAW-video-opnames tot 30 fps en 4K 120 fps in 4:2:2 10-bit met Canon Log, en kan tevens 4K 60p via HDMI naar een externe recorder sturen. Voor fotografie kan hij tot 12 fps met de mechanische sluiter en tot 20 fps met de elektronische sluiter schieten, ideaal voor snelle actie en sportfotografie.
De camera is stof- en spatwaterbestendig, beschikt over een vari-angle LCD-touchscreen, en heeft twee kaartslots: CFexpress en SD UHS-II.
Wordt geleverd in een B&W koffer voor veilige en handige opslag en transport.
