La Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro EF est une caméra cinéma S35 compacte dont le capteur mesure 23,1 x 12,99 mm. La caméra a une monture EF avec un filtre 2/4/6/ND intégré. La résolution maximale du capteur est de 6144 x 3456. La Caméra Cinéma Pocket Pro 6K de Blackmagic dispose d'une plage dynamique de 13 arrêts et d'un double ISO natif de 400 et 3200. La caméra atteint 50p en résolution 6K.
L'écran de la Caméra Cinéma Pocket Pro 6K de Blackmagic a une luminosité de 1500 nits et dispose d'une fonction d'inclinaison pour les prises de vue en contre-plongée ou en plongée. Deux ports mini XLR sont situés sur la caméra avec une alimentation fantôme +48v. La caméra offre également une option EVF professionnelle.
