Good service, good customer service (quick contact). Unfortunately 1 of 2 battery had poor capacity (after 1 hour photo shoot was empty where my battery does rest of 5 hours photo shoot).

We rented a camera to take a picture in a landscape that matches the back wall of our kitchen. We came to pick up the camera and the attentive staff pointed out that another camera was much more practical for our use. We received very pleasant and practical help and were able to take beautiful pictures. Congratulations and thanks Ed van der Ham

rented a 4K Camera for a day. a wonderful camera. and for the staff a big 10. friendly handling of everything. for me a must for the future if we want to rent something for a short period.

I am a hobby photographer and I own the 5D MIV with various lenses. I was asked to do a wedding shoot and found it tricky with only 1 camera. I then rented a 5D MIV and the 24-70 2.8 from Budgetcam (Kamera Express) and memory cards and enough batteries. The items I received were top notch, looked neat and worked properly. Ordering and reserving the items went great via the site, and the return process also went smoothly and quickly. All in all I can say if you are going to rent something .. first have a look at Budgetcam's site, good, not too expensive and easy. Would I rent again at Budgetcam if it happened… Certainly…

Top service Reserved a lens in the morning, received a call within an hour. During my visit I spoke to a nice enthusiastic employee who gave me some tips. The lens was returned the next morning without any problems. Highly recommended!
