Rented a nice lens again at Budgetcam rental. Lens was nicely packed in a sturdy bag that can also take a beating. Again I was able to take very nice pictures of Formula 1 in Austria. It's nice and easy to rent a sup lens 200-600 mm Sony instead of buying it (almost 2000 euros), then renting is the best solution. You pick it up and take it with you without having to make an investment. The rental amount is relatively fine and certainly not too expensive. Soon it will be mine again for the next race.

Too bad that the video camera had two jupio batteries instead of sony. They usually don't last as long as the original. They were not fully charged. Changed the battery during the break of the event I was recording. This one had 1 line left after 50min.. The W of the zoom button got stuck. You just expect to rent good stuff..

Huge range of cameras and lenses for hire. Friendly, helpful staff. They also arranged a courier to bring the camera and lens to me and that worked very well. A great camera hire company, in short and much recommended. For the future, it would really help things go more smoothly if the customer could see on the hire website the dates when a particular camera or lens is available for hire. Currently, you have to email budgetcam first to ask about availability and that doesn't always go smoothly. But generally, a very good experience.
The paperwork before you can rent a lens is more complex than with the competition. Once that was over, everything went very smoothly. Very friendly man who served me. Returning the lens also went very smoothly. Still waiting for the release of the, in my opinion, too high guarantee.

My name is Ivan and I am from Ukraine. For shooting airplanes, my Canon 135 2.0 was not enough and I decided to rent a Canon Extender 2.0 III to get a focal length of 270mm. Do not bring a large lens. I ordered an extender from a company. The staff quickly contacted me. They asked for passport details. The passport photo I sent and the BSN was sufficient. I paid the rent online. On the day I needed it, I took the extender. Staff immediately put it on my camera and checked the performance. Everything took no more than 5 minutes, while communication was in English. The return of the equipment was just as quick. I am very satisfied with the work of the company and plan to contact them again.
