Twice I did not get what I ordered. The solution was a camera which also turned out not to be there so then discount. Too bad. Organization can be much better. Do not trust the website. If you really have no choice I recommend calling first before you come back from a cold shower.

Equipment was neat, did have sharp edges on the lens cap. Can be dangerous for when people just don't put the lens cap on perfectly in one go

Made a rental request for a microphone half a day in advance. Was immediately called by a super friendly employee who was very thoughtful and asked good questions. They did not have the product in Capelle, but they did have it in Rotterdam. He immediately arranged everything for the rental. Absolutely great.
