Rental products are good, does have a lot of user marks on them. Service is also good. Staff works quickly and effectively. They also respond quickly to mail etc. Heavy downside is the refund of the deposit. They keep that in their possession for 5 working days after returning the products, while refunding is so much faster and easier.

Top notch service! Free upgrades when products were not available. Utrecht location is currently moving, so couldn't pick up anything there, but could still drop things off there, which saved another trip to Amsterdam. Super helpful and friendly staff.

I hired a projector to project in a small room. Everything went very well: order correctly and quickly in order, pickup and return fine, friendly staff and above all this: my projection with the beamer went perfectly, very good image, very good device that ACER P5530! Fantastic shoot had thanks to the Canon EF 85mm 1.4 I was able to rent from BC! I had 2 more lenses with me, but they never left the bag
