Rented equipment for the 1st time ever. Would definitely do it again at budgetcam next time. Fair prices and excellent service

I now always rent the equipment at Budgetcam and this time I am 100% satisfied with both the condition of the equipment and the result of the images. This time it was an internal video, in which I was able to make a few nice varied shots of a Smart Home interior with a Jib. The employees have helped me very well and they respond quickly to questions. I am also very satisfied with the availability of the equipment. Even this time, where I placed my reservation last-minute

Unfortunately, 1 of the 2 video cameras was incorrectly adjusted, so that 1 film session was recorded without sound and was therefore not of value to the investigation. Budgetcam head office has indicated that I should have seen this myself, while the desk clerk indicated that this was not done correctly by a colleague at the time of issue, all the more so I indicated that I had no experience with this equipment. in fact he confirmed that it was 'plug & play' set. I am not satisfied with how the complaint was subsequently handled and returned to me, nor is it clear to me whether an internal conversation has taken place to prevent future customers from being protected from this.

Great to be able to run with the equipment! When certain equipment was not available during our last minute reservation, we were quickly and properly helped with the search for an alternative. It was also very nice that we could get a 20% student discount. All in all top service and top equipment for a competitive price.

Great service. Everything went smoothly. Sharp prices! You can even park (free) right in front of Budgetcam at the Mediapark. So no lugging around with heavy and vulnerable items, but loading them straight into the car. Sony 18-110 lens turns out to be the perfect cine lens for FS7 and FS5. Parfocal and perfect for run-and-gun and handheld due to stabilization, servo zoom and good autofocus. For the tripod, the Fujinon MK 18-55 lens is very good (and faster) for FS5 and FS7, but that lens is completely manually operated and, in my opinion, less suitable for fast documentary and ENG work.

Nice to take a serious lens with you on a trip to the jungle. We were able to take many beautiful pictures of birds and other wild animals.

Rented two lenses (Panasonic 35-100 and 100-400) at Budgetcam Rotterdam, great location and ditto service. friendly staff and neat completion of the formalities, both before and after!

The Canon 100-400 mm (type 2) has been on my wish list for some time now because of the use with sports photography. A friend then gave me the tip to rent the lens first because I was not entirely sure about my case. I then went to see which companies rented out lenses like this one. At first I ended up with other names until an acquaintance mentioned Budgetcam. Great prices, and also closer to home (15 minutes by car). In retrospect, I was very happy that I rented this lens at Budgetcam. Excellent help via email, excellent assistance when picking up the lens and just had a good feeling about both the use of the lens and the Budgetcam service. In any case, I have saved this address in my favorites, who knows in the future ...

What a great service! I was late with my application and drove there the next morning hoping to rent the lens! Everything was put into operation immediately & 10 minutes later I could take the lens with me .. I am more than satisfied with budgetcam!
