Very quickly and perfectly arranged. Making a reservation and pick up the same day was easy and no problem. Got an email on Saturday afternoon that I could pick up the stuff earlier than the reserved time.
Borrowed a lens for the first time and very satisfied. Nice concept because you don't always want to spend a lot of money for a lens that you may need once in a while. I will certainly use Budgetcam more often.

Good services. Canon's latest lenses for my Canon EOS RP were available to borrow to take quality photos for a photo shoot.
I had contact in advance to see if the lens I wanted to rent actually fit my camera. That was okay. Lens was well packed in the original carrying case. Too bad the manual was not included. The lens was sharp and neat in color. we took beautiful pictures with it. It would be nice if the lens could also be returned to Breda on Sunday. Now done in Rotterdam, that continued driving was for me.
Hired lights for a job, clear information provision by email in advance and pleasant service when collecting the equipment.

I requested my reservation 2 days in advance. On the day itself I still had not received confirmation. I then called in the morning to make sure everything would be ready when I came to get it. I had handled everything by phone, but once I came to get the equipment, it was not ready. Because of this I got on set too late. The person behind the desk indicated that this happens quite often. Once set, one of the lamps was empty. When I tried to charge it, I saw that the charger was not included. Someone from the team had to go back to Budgetcam and then got a new lamp and 1 charger. Back on set, the new lamp also appeared to be empty, so it had to be charged first. This has caused a lot of delay and problems on set.
This is not as it should be. We'll call you to solve this!
We rented a recording set with an Atem Mini Pro for a live recording. What a beautiful device that is! Plug and Play. You can record directly to a USB disk or stick. Also works very nicely with Microsoft Teams. Equipment came with memory cards and full batteries!
