great service. They call when something is wrong and they are friendly too. On the phone but also when you are there. They are interested in what you are going to do. This time I was a little less happy with the lens because there was dirt on the lens and I saw this reflected in the photos loading. There is a stain in the middle of all photos. This will not stop me from renting a lens again. Next time, take a look at my camera in the store first. You also learn from this.

The convenience of renting is perfect! Everything is nicely packed, so easy to carry. And after telephone consultation it was possible to collect everything the night before. This ensured that the day itself started a lot more relaxed! Equipment looked neat and the body came with 2 batteries and 2 memory cards as standard without having to think about it! So I hadn't read myself and ordered an extra card. This was seen in time by an employee of budget cam and after consultation they canceled the extra card and I had the overpaid part back that same day! Overall very satisfied and definitely worth repeating!

First time renting with budget. The people are very friendly. But my order was ready 45 minutes late. And the pavo tube lights were barely charged. This was my first time renting so I think I just hit it badly. Because the people are very helpful and easy to communicate with!
