Received the wrong lens, but then well arranged and got another lens for a few extra days
I had rented a canon 7d with zoom lens. Fine in order. I also ordered extra batteries. When checked, it turned out that they were not (fully) charged.
Friendly service, fast and efficient ! Rental is ideal for testing equipment before purchasing.
Rented Fuji XT4 with 16-55mm F2.8 lens as a second camera for a wedding shoot. Excellent material, good service and a fair price. I will definitely do it again.

Unfortunately, the desired equipment was not available at the time, due to crowds. But I was called immediately and was able to quickly place an alternative order over the phone. Thanks to this moment I was able to experience the expertise and customer service of Budgetcam in its entirety. This also allowed me to quickly make a different choice. And can pick it up quickly. My shoot went smoothly and the return went without any problems. Here too I was able to experience the service again, because I could not see a file on my own laptop. The co-worker transferred it for me. What a hit that was! Overall I have experienced this as pleasant and I will be placing an order for the next shoot soon.
My files were not stored on my own SD card and the staff was very friendly and helped me to solve my stupid mistake. So am very happy.

Great expired. Excellent equipment. A change on my part (just before the lease came into effect) was implemented quickly and without any problems. Real prices. Professional handling.

It was to be expected that this lens is a huge upgrade for quality photos and videos. This lens is even better than expected! Together with my Nikon Z6, this brought the power of Nikon's clearest and sharpest glass a camera can offer. This is worth a try for the Nikon system cameras!

Equipment was in top condition and worked as expected. Too bad the batteries were completely flat and this was not reported in advance or a spare pair was given. Very annoying if you have to get started quickly. Ordering, collection and delivery went smoothly.
