Large assortment, fine complete sets. It's busy on your phone line, so you don't ask a question and had to wait in line for a very long time. I had a problem with the confirmation of the order, so I wanted to discuss it. That contact went a bit rough. Delivery and collection service was also top notch. Neatly within the agreed times. Extremely useful, for example, to rent a camera or lens (which is included in the rental offer) before you buy it. The chance that you will regret a purchase is much smaller this way. Budgetcam is well organized and it is a piece of cake to rent something.
I have always been very happy with Budgetcam! I still use it a lot. But.... I have now had a problem and the customer service; I get a stomachache from it. It is a relatively small amount, so please just deposit it back, compensate, deal with it nicely, whatever. But it takes a very long time before the problem (of a camera and a lens that didn't work on a wedding day) is checked and in the mail contact I don't get the idea that there is a solution or that I feel heard. I already sent a message on the day itself (7 October 2022), made an official report the next day before the return, I sent another video via WeTransfer of the camera just not responding, focusing (maybe that it was the lens, I have no idea, but the combination was therefore of no use to me. I sent a message that I sent a video after it. After which emails are sent back and forth and I really don't feel at all taken seriously. So stupid! That while I am really a mega loyal and satisfied customer.. I still get the message that they can no longer open the video in the link. Yes, sorry. I don't have it anymore. But I have I've done everything I can and by now I'm a bit done with it, especially for such a small amount with a returning customer.
