Rented a camera at budgetcam for the first time. I still have little experience with filming, but an employee helped me when I picked up the camera. He had quickly given me some tips and mentioned the most important things I should pay attention to while filming. Equipment was also in good condition and the filming process went well, partly because of this. Highly recommended!

This was the first time that I came to rent something at budgetcam Eindhoven. Friendly welcome, excellent service and accessibility! Good and friendly help. I had quite a large order and they even helped lug everything down. So great! Everything was well on time at the location and fortunately was able to go home before the traffic jam.

Always a very nice service and a nice explanation on the website per rentable item. Especially for beginning filmmakers a great place to get to know and try out equipment.
We have reserved a Canon 80d to serve as a backup camera for a wedding shoot. Reservation went fine and you get everything neat and tidy, complete with bag, battery charger and SD card. Downside: We did not need the standard lens, because we have the best possible lenses ourselves, but you have to take the 80d with lens. After some discussion we were allowed to leave it behind. Otherwise I had to bring an extra lens, which only increases the risk of damage. The second downside is that the opening hours are too tight for us to be able to return the lens on the same day. Perhaps an intake machine or safe can be a solution for this. An employee can then check the following day for completeness of the rented equipment.
Budgetcam is a handy solution if you don't have the right things at home. Now rented a wide-angle lens twice and I like it very much. In addition, I can now experiment with equipment and lenses to see which gear I would like to buy. That's how I found out that I can handle a zoom lens better than a prime. Thanks to Budgetcam, my customer is very enthusiastic and that's what it's all about.
I unexpectedly needed a good camera, that went perfectly with Budgetcam! Ordered on Saturday afternoon, immediately received the confirmation and on Monday morning it was ready on time. Shoot went well in the end! Normally good explanation when I call Budgetcam about a product that does "crazy". And usually very helpful. Unfortunately this time I had someone who said "the product is new so I don't know and nobody is there who knows about it". However, that same morning I was still talking to someone who had tested the device the weekend before. A pity. But overall very satisfied!
Superchill! Stress in the night before I had the shoot, and was able to quickly reserve equipment at 3am. The next morning easily handled the reservation with data and papers etc. And I could have used the necessary equipment in a short time. Very chill. Shoot went great!
