Last days first time I rented a camera via Budgetcam in Utrecht. I can only say that it was a very pleasant introduction. The equipment was absolutely in tip-top order, the contact with the enthusiastic staff was nice and I was able to try out a camera I want to buy for a relatively low rental price. In short, I am very satisfied! I will be back soon!

Rented a camera and lens for the first time to try out the specific type/model. it was all so simple, book online and provide date. Picked up in store, everything ready to use immediately. Then turned it in and got another discount "try before you buy" when I bought the camera and lens. Definitely going to do this more often!

October 7, 2023 I rented a 200-600mm lens to try bird photography. The lens was in very clean condition and came with a sturdy bag. I had a super fun morning. Great results came out (for a rookie). We ended up returning the lens over 2 hours early, which fortunately was not a problem. I am very satisfied with the whole service!

We rented a lens from budgetcam for the first time. the reservation, pick up and return to camera express was fast, no long waiting time so fine. the lens was in very good condition and therefore we were able to use it to the maximum for our workshop in Denmark. The deposit was transferred back into our account within 2 working days, very nice.

Everything went smoothly even when I changed date thanks! Surprised I didn't get a recu when I brought the lens in ! If they had to claim that I did not bring the lens back in I have no proof !

Everything is tip-top in order.

Would have preferred to rent the 150-600mm, but it was not available. Received phone call with proposal to take the Nikon 200-500mm. Proposal accepted and everything went fine.

Well arranged and everything worked out without any problems. Deposit returned within a week.

Fast and friendly service. Equipment is of good quality. Next time I will come here again to rent my gear!

Rented for the first time, very good experience. The account setup (first time renting) was not in order due to my actions the day before the rental, but that was handled very adequately so it could still go ahead. Very neat.
