The Nikon Z 100-400mm f4.5-5.6 VR S is a very versatile super-telephoto lens with a zoom range of 100-400mm. It has a new inner balance technology for better balancing of the lens even during zooming, so you don't have a "front heavy feel" with this lens. The lens also has 5.5 stops of vibration reduction image stabilization. 

The Nikon Z 100-400mm is composed of 25 elements in 20 groups with 9 blades for a nice round bokeh. It consists of 6 super ED and 2 ED elements for minimal chromatic aberrations. It also has a small minimum focusing distance of 75 cm which means it can be used for macro photography and is also good for close ups.
